After the adverse weather conditions yesterday London Stansted airport is now returning to full operations. We advise passengers though to allow additional time to get both to and away from the airport.
The Stansted Express is now back to a normal rail service and London Bus is also close to full operational capacity. Stansted Car Hire stations are open with business as usual but drivers are advised to take additional care on the roads. All motorways are clear along with most A class roads but please do take extra care and time to your journey.

Passengers have been warned train services will be disrupted with only regional trains and those in and out of Paris being affected. As little as 35% of trains are running in several regions, operator SNCF said.
All Air France flights have been cancelled with the main French trade unions calling today “Black Thursday” with hundreds of thousands or public and private sector workers demanding more government action to protect jobs and wages.
